Who should apply? ಯಾರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು?
- Law degree graduates with 0–2 years of experience in litigation
- Demonstrated commitment or interest in social justice, rights-based litigation, and working with marginalised communities
- Candidates from SC/ST communities are strongly encouraged and preferred
- Willingness to work across Tumkur or Chikkamagaluru districts for 3 years
- ಲಿಟಿಗೇಷನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ 0–2 ವರ್ಷದ ಅನುಭವ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕಾನೂನು ಪದವೀಧರರು
- ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆ ಇರುವವರು
- ಎಸ್ಸಿ/ಎಸ್ಟಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ
- ತುಮಕೂರು ಅಥವಾ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿರಬೇಕು
Fellows will expected to: / ಫೆಲೋಗಳ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು:
- Undergo structured trainings as part of the Fellowship Programme curriculum.
- Work with the district team to extent legal support to the survivors of caste-based atrocities
- Represent survivors of caste atrocities in judicial as well as quasi-judicial fora
- Represent SC/ST community members in matters of land rights before courts and other relevant fora
- Maintain comprehensive case records for all matters handled and submit reports in timely manner
- ಫೆಲೋಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸುವ ತರಬೇತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವುದು
- ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ತಂಡದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಾತಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಂದ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ನೆರವು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು
- ಜಾತಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೇದಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಂದ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ನೆರವು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.
- ಭೂ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್ಸಿ/ಎಸ್ಟಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೇದಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ನೆರವು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.
- ಕಾನೂನು ನೆರವು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಮಗ್ರ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ, ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ವರದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು
