ಎಸ್ಸಿ/ಎಸ್ಟಿ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಜಾತಿ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ, ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತುಮಕೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕಾನೂನು ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲು 3 ವರ್ಷದ ಲಿಟಿಗೇಷನ್ ಫೆಲೋಶಿಪ್.
ಫೆಲೋಗಳು ಮಾಡುವ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು
- ಫೆಲೋಶಿಪ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ತರಬೇತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವುದು
- ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ತಂಡದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಜಾತಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕುಳಿದವರಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಹಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು
- ಜಾತಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಒಳಗೂ ಹೊರಗೂ ಬದುಕುಳಿದವರಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವುದು
- ಭೂ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್ಸಿ/ಎಸ್ಟಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೇದಿಕೆಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವುದು
- ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಮಗ್ರ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ವರದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು
What will Fellows do?
- Undergo structured trainings as part of the Fellowship Programme curriculum.
- Work with the district team to extent legal support to the survivors of caste-based atrocities
- Represent survivors of caste atrocities in proceedings inside and outside the courts
- Represent SC/ST community members in matters of land rights before courts and other relevant forums
- Maintain comprehensive case records for all matters handled and submit reports to the Fellowship Coordinator in timely manner
