ALF believes that the Constitution and law have always been in the clutches of lawyers and need to be freed from this. People need to be able to access the knowledge of their law, history and rights in a language and vocabulary that they are familiar with. In this spirit, ALF has published this booklet in English, Kannada, Hindi and Bengali.
ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಕಾನೂನು ವೇದಿಕೆ (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು) ಹಾಗು ಜನ ಪ್ರಕಾಶನ (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು) ಸೇರಿ ಹೊರತಂದಿರುವ ‘ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಪೀಠಿಕೆ – ಒಂದು ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮುನ್ನುಡಿ’ ಎಂಬ ಪುಸ್ತಿಕೆಯ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ ಹೋರಾಟ, ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಜನಪರ ಚಳುವಳಿಗಳು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿವೆ ಹಾಗು ಅದರ ಮೂಲ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಜೀವ ತುಂಬಿವೆ.
