In this week’s Friday Forum, Aarti Mundkur, a practicing lawyer, will present her critical analysis of the recent Supreme Court judgement recognising the right to abortion of unmarried women.

She will delve into the jurisprudence of reproductive rights in India through the lens of the Constitution and the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971.
