In 2014, ALF began exploring the possibility of a comprehensive law to address all forms of discrimination across multiple intersectional identities and also the possibility of building a campaign against discrimination.

Over the years, ALF’s approach changed due to the narratives of discrimination shared with us by 90 activists, scholars, advocates and members of various movements. This report shares the narratives and theories of our respondents, opens up a range of questions and calls for an inclusive campaign to end all forms of discrimination
